The Law Offices of Andrew J. Brown filed a complaint against Blizzard, Inc. The Complaint alleges that through its wildly popular video game “Overwatch,” Blizzard engages in predatory practices enticing children to engage in gambling and similar addictive conduct in violation of this and other California laws designed to protect children and consumers, and to prohibit such practices.  The lawsuit seeks an injunction to prevent Activision Blizzard from continuing such practices.
